Terms & Conditions

1.1 We provide technology services, including but not limited to: Training on applications, software programs, and related technologies. Onsite and remote technical support.

Placement of qualified technical personnel at client locations for specific assignments. 1.2 Services may be tailored to the client’s requirements but are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Delivery.
2.1 Onsite services will be delivered at the client’s premises during agreed working hours.
2.2 Remote services will be provided via online communication platforms or remote access tools, as agreed.
2.3 Personnel assigned to the client remain employees/contractors of GoldCoast2020, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 The client must provide: Access to facilities, systems, and equipment required to perform services. A safe and secure working environment for our personnel. Necessary system credentials and authorizations.
3.2 The client shall not directly hire, solicit, or contract with our assigned personnel during the engagement and for 6 months after termination, unless agreed with GoldCoast2020 in writing and subject to a placement fee.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection
4.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the course of services.
4.2 We comply with applicable data protection laws and will take reasonable measures to safeguard client data.

5. Payment Terms 5.1 Service fees, hourly rates, or project costs will be set out in the agreed proposal or invoice. 5.2 Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur interest at 12% per month. 5.3 Travel, accommodation, and special equipment costs may be billed separately where applicable.

7. Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination
8.1 Either party may terminate services with 45 days’ written notice.
8.2 We may terminate immediately for non-payment, breach of these terms, or unsafe working conditions.
8.3 Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida, Ft. Lauderdale. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Broward County Clerk of Courts.

10. Agreement
By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
